In the rare event that a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us at nick@lunabrew.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the fault.
All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a manufacturing or packaging fault is confirmed, Luna Brew will provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.
